I went to Shelly to see her about my venous lake which I have lived with for 20 odd years. She was very professional and friendly and explained everything that I could possibly encounter in the process. Shelly was instrumental in removing this venous lake, with the usage of her laser which was quick and thorough. I have no venous lake now, thanks to Shelly by Electrolysis by Shelly. I am extremely happy with the results and I will see her in the future for other procedures which I am in need of.
I'm a little disappointed. I called and emailed multiple times and Shelley responded once and then I never heard back from her again.
Very clean, professional and experienced! She did all my back, shoulders and neck. Now I’m ready for the summer! I just regret that I didn’t visit Shelly sooner! Considering doing my head with her now, FYI I’m almost bald.
Shelly herself is outstandingly helpful, accommodating, professional, tolerant, and hard working. She does not waste time. She frequently helped me to reschedule appointments due to bus issues, and often didn’t charge me for the missed appointments.
