Amazing work and personality.🫶 I can confidently say that the specialists do very professional and high-quality work. She was kind and professional at first. However, her attitude changed over time, and became pretty rude especially when I tried to schedule appointments around my work hours. On two occasions, she pressured me to come earlier the same day, even after I explained I was working and would keep our original appointment time. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have found Iryna! Iryna is quite simply the best! I’ve been to several electrologists and none have come close to Iryna’s level of care, detail, and professionalism. She is super easy to communicate with and will always listen to your concerns and requests. I have rather thick facial hair and what stood out to me is how quickly Iryna is able to figure out the precise settings to best treat me without ever tugging the hair or damaging the skin.
