Absolutely terrible experience. Bonnie was very unprofessional and rude. I called the phone listed on the Google business to be greeted with a gruff, "I'm driving." I asked if I should call back later with my electrolysis inquiry, and I was treated disrespectfully. A few minutes later, I saw that I had a voicemail from this number (4 seconds of indistinguishable noise), so I returned the call. Bonnie again was rude and repeated the sentiment of driving.
