New dishwasher still in warranty had a small fire inside something wasn’t right with it no idea what or why very scary. Called Customer service for warranty claim they offered to send me parts told them not a chance this thing has been burning so they offered to send a repair tech. Repair tech told me i needed a replacement and to call customer service to start the process. Called customer service who told me 24-48 hours I would have a new dishwasher deliver set up. Horrible company. I bought a frigidaire range and from the first day it was installed one of the igniter did not work. They sent out a technician who never came back. One month later they sent another technician who repaired the one igniter and then two days later another igniter went bad!!! Now I cant get anyone on the phone. DONT BUY their products.

I bought a new refrigerator that was defective making a horrible noise after the installation (Home Depot). Frigidaire is impossible to deal with. They have sent technicians 3 times and the problem is not fixed. There is a horrible noise during one of they cycles that makes it difficult to even carry on a conversation during dinner. I guess I should’ve read here before buying Electrolux appliance. My front load washer doesn’t clean well, leaks, and their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in over 40 years of dealing with major corporations.
