Absolutely disappointed with my Electrolux dishwasher purchase from IKEA on February 12th, 2022. The top rack brackets rusted within 9 months of owning the appliance, rendering the washer completely unusable. Shockingly, Electrolux's warranty excludes this issue, leaving me with a useless appliance and no support from the company. Avoid Electrolux at all costs – their inability to address critical problems makes their products not worth the hassle. We will be purchasing a quality appliance from another brand.

My frdlidge/freezer was working except for the ice make making noise. A technician (apparently training) came out with a supervisor. Parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived, the training technician came back 3 MORE TIMES to perform the same repair, and this last time BROKE the fridge/freezer completely!! Now I have food spoiling and have to wait for his "work performed" to be reviewed to find out if/when a new unit can be gotten to replace the FUNCTIONING UNIT DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR BY THE SERVICING TECHNICIAN!! I love buying what I thought were American made products, so I bought a set of Frigidaire appliances for my home from Tates which is a great company. I had problems with all of the three appliances, my refrigerator right off the bat started making grinding noises near the ice maker, as soon as I opened the door it would stop. I called the 800 number twice and was told it was normal. Today the ice stopped working so I called the company I bought it from, Tates, they got someone out ASAP.
