Monique was left in perfect running condition. We showed her the dryer running in perfect condition. She wanted her service charge refunded because because there was nothing we found wrong it upset her to pay us to come out. We also gave her the option to call another company to check it and if they found something wrong to send us there invoice and we would refund the 65.00. She never did !
My mom purchased the Electrolux dryer for close to $1000. She has had the dryer fixed 3 times already. It will work for a few months and the rattling grinding noise will start again. I don’t trust this brand at all.
Do not do business with this company! They came out to service my dryer and took it completely apart and determined there were no issues with the components and my problem was the electrical outlet. I paid them $65 for coming out. I repaired my electrical issue and when I used my dryer for the first time I heard loud thumping noises and stopped the dryer and removed my clothing to find a screw in my clothing.
