Scammers! Do not use! Someone booked these for me and when I saw they had 2 stars, I was like nooo I need to cancel these guys look awful! I then got a call from a lady with an Indian accent telling me that a cleaner (Omar) was on his way, when I questioned the 2 Star Google rating on the phone and said I may cancel, she said they were the Newcastle franchise and that's not them... so Omar turns up and for 3 - 180x220cm rugs and a couch which was brand new, he comes in with NO equipment with him, runs away from my tiny Pomer... read more
I arranged for a quote on my floors with electrodry, I paid $50 deposit and not only did the contractor not turn up on the day, when I asked about my deposit I had paid for the quote, the lady on the phone was rude saying $50 spent wasn’t even a lot of money and refused me speaking to a manager. She said she doesn’t care I am a customer because the amount spent is not of value. I have not received my refund from the deposit paid and have received no quote and no inspection of my floors?! To expensive for me
Excellent service including upholstery clean on two suede chairs that would otherwise have been dumped. Markedly better carpet clean than previous cleaner.
Have hired them twice to clean my couch and both times the staff have been so lovely and also do an amazing job! Will continue to use them.
