ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!! ElectroDry damaged my carpet during a clean leaving horrible marks everywhere and then wanted to charge me again to fix their own mistake. No ownership, no meaningful solution, just deflection and timewasting. Shockingly poor customer service with even worse cleaning skills. Save your money and go elsewhere
If i can give 0 stars I would, they have a promotion online for $499 then charged me $50 over the phone to book a quote, once he arrived he quoted $1200!!!! they said the grout was too dirty, complete utter lying and scams. I wish i checked the review before booking these morons. Lost $50 for nothing.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! worst carpet cleaners who rip you off and do not get the job done right at all! They use subcontractors and they are lame and lazy!!! The guy who came to my place didn’t even want to do the job at all because he claimed the price was too low and he didn’t even have to do a big job but he wanted big bucks and do next to nothing and nothing was just what he did! Do not register online or try and make a booking. I made what i thought was a booking and then some person from an overseas call centre called me at 0900 on a Sunday morning and wanted to spend 5-10 mins making the booking i had already made - or at least entered my info for. Then I was put on hold even though i said i was in the process of moving house. A scam! see all the other reviews!
Scammers! Do not use! Someone booked these for me and when I saw they had 2 stars, I was like nooo I need to cancel these guys look awful! I then got a call from a lady with an Indian accent telling me that a cleaner (Omar) was on his way, when I questioned the 2 Star Google rating on the phone and said I may cancel, she said they were the Newcastle franchise and that's not them... so Omar turns up and for 3 - 180x220cm rugs and a couch which was brand new, he comes in with NO equipment with him, runs away from my tiny Pomer... read more
