My air con wasn't working, turned on but wouldn't operate in heat mode or cool mode. Called this number for help. The dude didn't try to upsell me, just adviced me to turn on/off the main switch in case the air con system is stuck. Voila! Fixes the problem without costing anything. Didn't get his name but he is such a top dude. Totally deserves the 5 star.
