Tom was incredible. He's very knowledgeable and a straight up honest mechanic/technician. He knows what he's doing and walks you through the entire process fairly and professionally. So grateful he fixed and replaced the whole system in a timely fashion, and I can now drive safely thanks to him... after seeing other mechanics that left me without an answer for the brake light... Thanks Tom!
I'm so thankful Tom was able to fix my car and get it back to me within 24 hours. Great communication and super down to earth. Hopefully I don't have to return anytime soon, but for those who are in need, I highly recommend going to Tom for your electrical repairs.
I have been using Tom at Electro Tech for 15+ years and now my kids take all their cars to him as well. Tom does not just replace parts like the Dealer or other independent repair shops, he actually diagnosis the symptoms to get to the actual problem in order to reduce time, frustration and expenses to his customers. Terrible experience. I would expect better professionalism from a kid fixing cars in his driveway. Kept my car for months. Did sloppy work some of which failed before I even reached home from the shop. Freaked out when I popped in to see how progress was going saying never to show up un-announced that’s not fishy at all? Avoid or you may be as disappointed as I was oh and my car got beat up in their lot during that extended wait time lots of new dents even useed the lift wrong and bent up the rocker panels. The owner is great. My truck broke down maybe 500ft from Their shop when I was visiting town. My father called since they are his usual service center. They towed me over, replaced my alternator, washed my car and had me back on the road in 24hrs.
