I had a very frustrating experience here. I was told that I would be taken in after just one client ahead of me, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I ended up waiting much longer than agreed to & staff took in 2 others clients totaling 3 instead of the initial 1. My time is valuable just like everyone else’s, and being told one thing only to experience the opposite was disappointing. Now we have reliable tax man, who will explained to us what needs to be declared. We are so please we tried going here and no doubt on giving them a shot! Although its really gonna be a long time. But its all worth it! But the guy who assisted us does not sure about the Notice of Deficiency we received, so we had to do it on our own. He was saying do the amendment but the IRS told us. It will hurt our account though
We have done our taxes here for the past 10 years. No complaints. Super professional and knowledgeable. Will Never need a new tax team as long as they are around.
