Je suis reconnaissant d'avoir obtenu un rendez-vous très rapidement. Le technicien Idrissa était très professionnel et très aimable, il m'a expliqué ce qui devait être fait et à répondu à mes questions. Chaque élément du climatiseur a été démonté, nettoye et remonté exactement comme avant. Fortement recommandé !
Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise. Charge à chaque visite ,et ne résolu jamais le problème pour revenir et recharger à chaque fois de gros montant. L’année dernière, j’ai fait appel à eux pour un entretien, car ma thermopompe ne refroidissait pas et l'aile ne tournais plus. J’ai payé environ 400 $, mais tout l’été, l’appareil n’a jamais descendu la température sous les 22 . J’ai laissé aller puisque la saison chaude arrivait à sa fin. I got an appointment within 2 days of my call when everywhere else were quoting 2 to 5 weeks waiting list. Idrissa the technician that serviced the system was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Once repaired he took the time to verify that all was working properly. I highly recommend Electro Pompe.
