The beich on the phone no matter wht I asked her could only say we don’t do that go somewhere else.
I pre paid the understandable and reasonable $60 pump repair assessment/inspection fee. When I recieved the quote to repair it the cost was nearly same price of a new pump. When I declined repair and returned to pick up the damaged pump I was charged an additional $245 because of the "extra time" it took to assess/inspect it.
Very good service polite people and got the job done quickly and in a professional manner. Highly recommended.
The receptionist is a little curt. However, the staff were terrific. Mr. Romanov quickly understood the problem and technician Mike fixed my motor in a very professional manner. A+++. Thanks EMS!
