We purchased a sign in March of 2022 and it has malfunctioned since day one. It's a lemon and they will not help resolve this. I've been working with the VP at electro-matic and still no results. Stay away. On another note, if anyone is looking to buy our junk sign here is a picture. Open to offers.

I do not relish the idea of leaving a 1 star review. However, after trying to get anybody from Electromatic to call me back regarding a chronically malfunctioning lemon digital sign for more than 1 month nobody from Electromatic has contacted me back to help me. Maybe this 1 star review will get their attention so that they contact me back to help me.

I have purchased two Electronic Message Centers from Electro-Matic and was very impressed with the sales support and excellent service. Top notch products and they helped me through the entire process and made entry into a new product area much easier. Signs By Fry, Lakemoor, IL
