I was in the Rideau center and there was a guy claiming he lost his wallet and needed money who worked here. Pretty sure I got scammed gave the guy 40$ cause I'm a really cool dude! Writing this here to hopefully help others not get scammed XD He also has a LinkedIn which I think might be fake. Weird. Etienne Mainville was his name.
