Called Friday afternoon to schedule a quote for a water heater install. Scheduler gave Monday June 9th between 1-5. Sat around all afternoon waiting, no call, no show, nothing heard. Look other places, don’t waste your time like I did. I am aware electricians don’t do plumbing. I called for the electrical side of a water heater to be installed. This is a new installation needing electrical work.
Just purchased home and replaced 7 fixtures. Electrix was great to work with. I requested Mario based on someone's recommendation. Mario was professional and knowledgeable and encountered some challenging situations created by a previous install. All companies should be blessed to have employees like him. Highly recommend. Will use again for future electrical needs.
In the process of selling a house the Home Inspector found an issue with the bedroom outlets. Electrix sent Mario. He was awesome. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. Mario is an asset to this company. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will use again for future electrical needs. Price was fair.
Every time I go to deliver something there it is an odyssey, what inefficient people work there. That is how the facilities will be left, with little professionalism and diminished capacity of those who work there.
