Had a flame out on a plug. Dragos came the next day and repaired several plugs. Some wannabe electrician made a mess of our electrical panel. Dragos was able to correct, fix and organize with a new panel. He is meticulous, punctual, polite- I cannot say enough about this highly ethical professional! Worth every penny! Thank you again! Excellent service. Dragos goes to bat for his customers, explains everything as he goes, and follows up until it is done. You can't ask for better. I lost a phase to my home, which Hydro Québec failed to repair after dispatching a technician and calling the case closed. When I called back they told me to call an electrician. I called Électrique SBD and Dragos arrived that afternoon to perform an inspection and found that the issue was with the line connectors on the hydro pole. I can't thank Dragos enough for his generous assistance. I had called to obtain a quote and schedule an appointment, but Dragos instead helped immediately resolve the issue over the phone within 20 minutes. He also educated me on resolving it myself next time. To top it off, he kindly refused any payment for his time and expertise! Truly exceptional service!
