So disappointed and frustrated at paying $180 to "troubleshoot" (and would have cost more if over 1 hr). Now I have to pay another company to come out.
The price i was quoted was half what I ended up getting charged and nothing unexpected occurred, so I don't know if the technician was slower than he should be for this kind of job or the person doing the estimates is doing a bait and switch charging system, but either way, I felt suckered.
Marcus did a great job of resolving our problem and helping us prevent it from happening it in the future.
Jerome, the electrician, does awesome work, and provides me with excellent information, I will always use this company for any electrician work, that I need, I recommend him 100 percent, thank you always for providing excellent professional services
Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were in a bind needing to close on a house. Jerome, jumped in, coordinated with SMECO & the County to allow us to close and on time. Their communication was top notch, as was his service. Jerome will be my go to electrician moving forward. I can't thank him enough.
