All these charging stations that are ment to go up to 350kw ccs chargers "hyper" they dont even go past 50kw. Its crazy that a CHAdeMO is meant to go up to 50kw and clearly ppl are charging here because i see chunks of ice/snow in these spots. But wheather its summer or winter in the past 2 years iv come here periodically and iv had no luck getting it past 55kw iv heated my battery up before iv showed up here like it says to do. Charged today with 122kw on charger2 - no other cars present. No issues due to heat (33°C). I like the location. My car is an ID.4 2024 model.
We charged as guests and after 3 minutes the charger shut itself off, even though it was supposed to go 30 minutes to get to 80%. We had gone into the store to stay cool, and when we came back not only did we not have a Charged car, but we had a $10 charge for idling fees. Calling customer support was really frustrating, and we got no help at all only told that the case would be reviewed.
