I have had the most helpful and dedicated customer service here. Aaron specifically has worked so hard to help me through multiple troubleshooting and warranty issues that weren't always what they seemed. When I had a controller failure he went above and beyond helping me get it resolved and even sent me a refurbished controller for free when mine was out of warranty.
