$0.56/kwh price. There is one charging station that is out of order as of Feb 1st 2025. The location is great, but they should probably get it fixed and install more chargers.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and when the faulty system you provided, your company refuses to check the charger and requests the customer to find a third party to find the issue. My charger began melting and could have resulted in a fire. Luckily we found this within one hour of charging. You requesting the customer to find a third party to find the issue from your installation and your product is absolutely ridiculous. We were told the third party can investigate then respond to you. Pretty good track record of working, sometimes the reader acts funky. The app always allows me to initiate the charge though. It would be really nice to add a picnic table or some shaded area. Adding to this review, last year to now the reliability has changed, regularly there is 1 station completely down, plus one or two stations that only charge up to 40kW.
