They are creating inconvenience for all the customers and members with the upgrade going on. We need a reliable charging experience. You are pissing off all the customers we are advising everyone to use Tesla charging network. Electrify America is overpriced unreliable service, why would I pay 47c a Kilo to use Electrify America on a monthly subscription when I can use Tesla chargers for 27c a Kilo? Bad experience with customer support as well. Enjoy the lack of customers!
