When these chargers work, they do so pretty well. The issue is getting them to start. Time and time again, I have gone into the app, selected the corresponding station #, tapped the Start a Charge button only to be told that I am too far away from the charger. Meanwhile, I am standing right by said charger. That, or sometimes I can't even tap the Start a Charge button. Charging was fine and straightforward. The only weird thing is this transaction shows up as nyx professional makeup on my card transactions which is really odd . I felt dumb filing a dispute because I thought it was something totally different
