My car only does level 2. When I arrived there was a car occupying the only level 2 charger. My battery was so low that I was basically stranded so all I could do was wait. But the owner of the car, who had been charging for over 6 hours apparently, never came back. People at the other chargers said this happened a lot here. Well that's not cool. If you're going to leave for a long time at least leave a phone number or something. (I contacted EA and got no help)
