Slow charging
It took several attempts to recognize payment. Finally, it started to charge. We confirmed the machine saw that our vehicle was charging. We confirmed our car was charging. We came back later to find it had charged for 10 seconds and then charged our credit card $44 for “taking the space without charging”. Electrify American is run by Volkswagen and we have never had a good experience at any of their stations.
It is so ridiculous to have only 3 chargers in this station.
Support the Walmart or Gym pairings of these stations. Clean place, easy to use and run an errand or 2.
It's both a convenient (Walmart) and inconvenient location (...Walmart parking lot). Non-EVs don't always respect the rules of not parking and some EVs idle far too long.
