New chargers are fast. But if you have free charging you can't stop and restart at 30 min. Prob need to move to a different charger if 30 min is not enough.

Standing water, 3 chargers not working. Had to wait for a charger to become available. Location pin not clear that the chargers were on the first floor of the parking garage.
Easy to use, as other posters have said, not so easy to find. Google too me to the top level of the garage. You cannot enter the inside garage from that level. I followed the directions from others and found it easily enough. Bottom level of the garage.
Unreliable, unfortunately. Much room for improvement.
