These Chargers never deliver the advertised speeds. Save the argument of charging conditions. It jumps all over the place it's sporadic. Also having the 350 KW unit only allow one of the two ports to operate is Extreme poor foresight

Great when it works! These chargers are finicky, but I have had the most success by just calling the toll free number on the front of the charger. Usually within 5 mins they can restart the terminal remotely, and 9/10 times it fixes the issue.
Charger 01 working fine. Card stripe reader maybe not working. Chip reader did the trick. FAST. These things should provide wi fi when in use. Some entrepreneur could put car vac machines near too.
