Two chargers, always taken, have to pay to get into the lot just to see them already occupied. Needs 6 more chargers and a better location outdoors

The Electrify America app shows that this station has four 350kw CCS fast chargers. It doesn't. I waited for over an hour to plug in to one of only two chargers that were in service. The charging speed ranged from 38kw to 51 kw -- not exactly 350kw. In the end, this stop cost me $33: $24 plus the garage cost of $9 (2 hours x $4.50/hr). Very deceptive and a waste of time and money. There must be a better way.
