If I could give zero stars I would !!!! The people who go charge park in a spot and do not use the charger designated to that spot, they use the charger designated to another parking spot . It’s so inconvenient and then if there is one charger available of course it’s out of service . RIDICULOUS!!!! My charge was stopped at 80% for courtesy towards other customers, yet who has courtesy when they take up the charger for the spot I’m on just bc they don’t know how to freaking reverse into a spot.

12/27/24 Used the Mercedes app at this location to charge, subscription and charging process worked as expected. Charging stations are behind a fence and a little difficult to see from the street but nothing serious. The location in a shopping center is great, you don't have to wait in your car while it charges.

Update 12/19/24 Finally got notification from the app that this location is up and running! I see that it's available in my app too although I haven't had a chance to actually charge yet. Just be careful navigating the parking lot when crowded! Update 12/14/24 The location is up and running but it is not showing up in the Electrify America app, so if you rely on the app because you have a subscription plan, keep waiting.
