Nothing bad to say at all...stations working as they should...was in and out in 20 minutes
They sell cars saying that we have an agreement with Electrify America, but there is a terrible queue everywhere. The two charging stations you see in the photo have not been working for almost a week, and their maintenance is terrible.
Broken slow chargers, long lines, 4 out of 6 work, high speed means you will be there for 3 hours waiting and 3 hours charging. A nightmare.
On any given day it is incredibly difficult to get around the mall and find an entrance and road to this station but this time (Christmas day on a road trip w family) every single entrance was fenced off and online navigation couldn't help because nothing was updated online. The hotline for assistance listed on the fence had us on hold for 20+ minutes and in the meantime we drove around the entire mall--wasting car battery--to finally find an entrance after around 20 min and then found that there were multiple people in line... read more
