Always use their app to see how many of the six chargers are available because typically they are busy and all stations in use. A strong hint: best time of day is early morning before 8am and after 8pm at night. These chargers are on the top level of the mall parking lot and people go there to charge then go shopping which holds up people wanting to use the chargers which is why I always check the electrify America app on how many are free before going over to charge my car.
