Unable to charge our EV9 here. Used Tesla supercharger near target instead.
Only one time I couldn’t get the charger to work. But for the most part it’s open to pull up plug in and wait. Oh the only other problem is the cord it’s very hard to maneuver or twist to get the right angle to plug in. And it’s worst during the rainy season.

This feels like a cramped space that is a bit of an afterthought as far as fast charging stations go. Also, charging was considerably slower than other stations I have used, despite being the only one at the station when I was charging. My car did the battery preconditioning that should have resulted in an almost 150kW charge at least up to 60% or so, but I really never saw more than 90 kW.
