Partly free and very fast. Access to the parking was easy, so once I was fully charged it was very easy to park elsewhere to make room.
The first 20 minutes are free If you Pay through SMS after 17 minutes that tou got in, it will not charge you, and you have more 20 minutes to exit. You have 37 minutes inside is more than enough to charge it. Very fast and easy to find Second floor where is very bright green It’s not 24 hours 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

Says it’s open 24 hours. It’s not the entrance to the garaged is closed when I went there after 1 am. Please update your hours
