Chargers always work for me (been here several times). Parking IS tight as others have mentioned, but my car is wide and it fits. Lol there's marks on the wall from people hitting it, so don't let that be you Scan your credit card to enter the garage (free for three hours). Scan again to leave.
VERY BAD DO NOT COME HERE
Located within a parking garage at a shopping complex, the chargers are right within the entrance. There are gates to enter the structure, and the garage is free for up to 3 hours of parking. You need to use a credit card to enter the garage, but you aren't charged if you leave before the 3 hour mark. I charged here twice in 4 days as i passed through Boston. Sunday had no cars charging midday, Wednesday there was a line.
THERE’S A MISTAKE ! google maps show that 449 Canal Street is another parking garage just next to the actual one (has big brown things that look like flowers on the front of the garage) with Electrify America chargers. the other one has many slow (6,6kw) Chargepoint chargers on the 1st and 2nd floor. i successfully charged my ID4 to 100% with the 350kw charger. my car charged at 150kw. the Electrify America chargers are located on the first floor straight ahead as you enter there were men repairing the out-of-service charger... read more
