Charged our car, but their text message system didn’t notify us when charging was done, so they charged us a substantial idling fee when we didn’t know to pick it up. Then their customer service was non-responsive when we tried to report the system malfunction. They were happy to text a bill, so they certainly had our number. They seem uninterested in earning repeat customers or building a reliable IT system.
I stopped the charger at $35 but was charged $50. This is theft

I got 62kw on a busy Saturday. One charger was out of service
Busy charging station. Upgraded a top to 350kw. It's rare I get above 100kw. There is usually 1 station out of service.
