There’s 3 chargers only. 1 of them doesn’t work. I spent 1,5 hours to charge my vehicle , it’s not awesome!
Very long wait due to very long line
Not enough chargers, there’s always a line. Sometimes they’re broken. Just unreliable.
Very poor reliability - common for 1/3 fast chargers to be broken, and currently 2/3 are. There was a line for the remaining charger at 5.45am (making it quicker to drive a 32 mile round trip to the next station at Novato!). Relying on Electrify America will frustrate anyone used to Tesla chargers or gas pumps.
