A lack of other locations, limited number of chargers and a high population of EV users sometimes leads to lines. While you wait, try Tamalpie (200 yards west) for lunch, dinner or a cocktail.
Generally reliable. 3 x fast, 1 x L2 chargers always busy so be prepared to wait. Could benefit from additional chargers.
There was only a couple of stations available. The one I used would not start charging by me following the directions, but when I called, the agent restarted the station, and it worked fine.
