Watch out for a white VW, license CKN8575, waiting to charge. He cancelled my charging session twice, once while I was sitting in the car
27-44% in 30 mins & was charged 12.00 bc of an idling fee? That is with the Electrify Membership. Unbelievable garbage. Do not use charger 4!
I came here twice once 3 days before Christmas and Charger 4 would not work even after calling support and requesting a reboot. Then later I came back the next day and it seems that charger 2 was also not working, I came in the morning though, so luckily I was able to get Charger #3 going. Although, it was giving me very slow charging...like 20kw...I was at 50% so it should have been giving me at close to 50kw.
