A few were out. They charge a flat fee at first and then you only pay for the kilowatt hours you actually use.
When I rate EA, I'm looking for a few things: working chargers, close bathrooms, and obvious waiting for an open spot protocols. This one has MANY chargers so I can't speak to the waiting experience; I cannot figure where you would wait but there were many spots on a nice spring Saturday. The McDonalds is steps away so I used their bathroom. Not too many other places to eat here.
