This charging station is extremely mismanaged. Absolutely ridiculous to have this be the ONLY charging station in the area for all non-tesla vehicles and have (4/6) FOUR OF SIX out of service for weeks. Figure it out electrify America or let another company come in and handle this location correctly.
Super convenient, but frequently limited availability due to multiple machines being out of service. No more than two machines have been in use for over two weeks now. 7/17/25 update: all chargers have been down for 3+ days now. 7/22/25 update: all chargers are still down. Customer support refused to refund my monthly subscription even considering that I haven’t been able to access the only Electrify charging stations in the county during this months billing period. I have cancelled my plan and do not intent to return.

totally garbage! this side is abandoned, in the past few weeks, only 2 out of 6 stations work. Today, it is down to 1.... more importanlty, the charging speed is no better than level 2 charger, only 30kw....
