Electrify America is the absolute worst company ever. They are both conveniently located, and their customer service is horrible. You are in the heat waiting for at least 15 mins to get through to someone. I would rather pay another provider to get better service. Horrible
Have to wait for 30 minutes 4 changes only three working And very slow
48-50kw/h is not a fast charging. There is no 350kw, not even close
Why are half of the charging station out of order? There's only 4 at this location so only 2 working.🫠
