I already reported Station 1 about a month ago because the charging speed is so slow, but the issue hasn't been resolved. Every week it's the same - the chargers aren't working.
Two of the chargers are not functioning and the only two working were doing max 30kw. What’s the point of paying premium prices if it will only go up to 31 kW when it advertises up to 150kW? They shouldn’t charge us the same if it’s going to be a slow charge. I called and all they did was apologize, they didn’t solve the issue. Their excuse was it would take too long to reset the machine.
Fast chargers! But again, they never have all chargers operational, which makes wait times long.
