EA is terrible at every location, but this is the worst one!! This location has 6 chargers, but only 1 is working for the past few weeks. Ridiculous! So happy I can finally access Tesla chargers with my Mercedes now.
We were passing through and needed our Chevy BOLT EV to charge while we shopped at Walmart. Unfortunately only 1 of the 4 charging stations there were turned on. This is unacceptable. And the 1 that was working was occupied our entire shopping experience.
Always a charger down. First time I have seen 5 of 6 stations down. I can’t wait until Tesla opens their supercharger network to my car.
We were only successful with the charge station on the far right and it required over an hour to get us from 30% to 80% (Mustang Mach-e). No one was able to get the other 3 to work.
