Absolutely no problem after updating my payment method and tapping the correct place on the pedestal.
Had to try several different chargers to find one that would connect. I went into the store since I thought I had 45 min. Stopped charging at 50% then started charging an idle fee. getting a refund for fee was not difficult, but they will NOT refund your subscription fee.
Always 1 or 2 chargers broke. Not very reliable to leave the vehicle to charge. Sometime for no reason it stops charging. Poor customer service when call for help. Also, it is ridiculously expensive. .69 cents per kw. Will drive to Belgade Tesla chargers next time. Wake up Electrify America!
