Chargers are broken half the time. When the whole station goes down it takes forever for it to come back up.
Absolutely no problem after updating my payment method and tapping the correct place on the pedestal.
Had to try several different chargers to find one that would connect. I went into the store since I thought I had 45 min. Stopped charging at 50% then started charging an idle fee. getting a refund for fee was not difficult, but they will NOT refund your subscription fee.
