I signed up for the plus plan which has a monthly fee, their card reader was not working with their Electrify America pass which provides a 25% discount on the charged rate, and because their reader was not working I had to swipe my debit card (that is attached to my electrify America account) and they would not honor my paid membership discount.

I know EA takes a lot of hits for it's available. I haven't experienced that. When I go to charge, l've had good experiences. When there has been a pump down, I've been able to call and have it reset in a short amount of time.
