Out of 4 chargers-1 was out of service. Two of the chargers had speed of 30kw-charger 4 station is supposed to be up to 350 kw and station 3 is supposed to be up to 150 kw. I had to wait to use charger 1. When it opened up, I started out at 120 kw and then it dropped to 90 kw and then down to 20 kw. I had to call several times today. I have a plan with Rocky Mountain Power which is supposed to give me a discount. NOPE, got charged FULL price. We called Rocky Mountain Power and they agreed I should have the discount. All machines were working. It was a tiny wait but not terrible.
Great speed! Got 174kw out of a listed 150kw charger. Reason for less than 5 stars is that the app and the machines aren't really linked very well, so the app shows one thing, and the screen another. Off putting. Basically, the screen on site lagged behind during the setup/start process, so I wasn't sure if I was charging or not. Finally synced up after a few minutes, but the station badly needs (at least) a reboot.
