Crap. The credit card readers are junk. The price is double the price of Tesla chargers. The Tesla charger nearby will charge a Rivian with an adapter BUT being that Tesla has the absolute worst customer service, they don’t tell you which one of the chargers works with an adapter. ST George is just a hellhole all around. Most of the chargers in this podunk dirt hole are very slow. Plan around this place.
Only one charger working
Charge speed was 38kw, it was advertised as up to 350kw. One of the machines didn't work.
Out of 4 chargers-1 was out of service. Two of the chargers had speed of 30kw-charger 4 station is supposed to be up to 350 kw and station 3 is supposed to be up to 150 kw. I had to wait to use charger 1. When it opened up, I started out at 120 kw and then it dropped to 90 kw and then down to 20 kw. I had to call several times today. I have a plan with Rocky Mountain Power which is supposed to give me a discount. NOPE, got charged FULL price. We called Rocky Mountain Power and they agreed I should have the discount.
