I got a rental EV from hertz and wanted to see the difference between my gas vehicle which runs on regular, and I have to say unless I’m doing something wrong. EV’s are terrible. My car fills up for $30 and gets 380 miles of range which is like 12-13 miles a dollar. I paid $47.34 for 250 miles of range which came out to 5 miles per dollar. Electric seems to be extremely expensive priced at 0.56¢/kWh without other fees. Just for reference I have a Land Rover Discovery and that ends up being cheaper per mile then this bs. The area was clean and only one charger was in use when I pulled up at 3:00 PM on a Monday. They all appeared to be working. The charge was from 57 to 90% for a trip, the 33.4KWH took 35 minutes. It was at 70 kw until I hit 80% Good experience
Everytime I go to this charging station at least one ,( sometimes several) station is off line or inoperable Terrible place to go when you need a charge
