Not actually open 24/7, closed after 9pm
Limited spots. When the mall is busy... No concept of waiting in line other than park near by or just stay unparked, waiting with your hazards flashing. Then there was street closures with no way to aparent way to reach the charger. I had to go the wrong way on a one way streets. Very busy on weekends.
