No problems at all.
Update 12/12/25: Still slow charging. This so called Hyper-fast charger, supposedly able to deliver up to 350 kW is delivering 65kW. WHY IS THAT ??? My car can take up to 300 kW. The battery is only at 55%. Old post: Charging ID4 at 46 kWh. Ridiculous!!!
Don't use Electricfy America (particularly at this location.) Vehicle stopped charging after a few minutes after I walked away with vehicle locked and secured. They charged me idle fees by the time I got back. I called support and they said my vehicle requested the stop even though my vehicle app says "Check charger for power." I requested a refund of the idle fees and they said "we can't do that." I have charged at others EA stations before and even here a couple of times before. Easy to find, between the road and Crate&Barrel and The Capital Grille. Only had a short wait ona Friday afternoon, maybe 5 minutes? Charged quickly 30+% in like 15 mins (my car can't take 350) and I was back on the road.
Biggest challenge is availability. More stations are needed.
