I will never buy an electric car if it’s not a Tesla because of the disappointing nature of Electrify America! I have had a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for two years now. I love the car and have not really had any issues with it. I will be selling this car simply because the Electrify America charging stations are so subpar that I am willing to go back to either gas-fueled cars, or a Tesla. I found it too expensive at $0.56/kw. Charge time on a weekend around 8am. No complaints about the charging speed.
Only four chargers and usually one is out of service.
Successful charge, though under 100kw. Also, we had to do some looking around for the station. Google Maps was the only service that showed it accurately. Apple Maps had it in the wrong spot in the plaza.
