Stopped charging twice unexpectedly. I was charged for idle time due to their error and could not get that refunded. Customer service is horrible.
It's so slow. Go to an FPL location
Would not charge above 120kwh despite being a 350kwh station. Had to go to a different company at the next exit to get high speed charging.
