Electrify America stopped my charging session mid charge due to an “insufficient funds” claim, even though I had money in my account and hadn’t reached the limit. Then they immediately started charging idle fees and let them rack up to nearly $20 while the actual charge was about $1. Customer service said the idle fee was “already posted” and non refundable while it was still actively increasing during the call, which makes no sense. Sitting here for 3 hours just to charge. Everybody charging past 80% and this company slows down charging overnight because it’s cheaper which adds a longer wait time. Chargers are always down and not being fixed immediately. The most annoying charging station honestly.
